17dec4:30 pm5:30 pmSenior QiGong/Yoga Class at Hazel Hawkins Hospital (FREE)QiGong/Yoga TUESDAYS 4:30 - 5:30 at Hazel Hawkins Hospital Support Services Building - 2nd Floor - Great Room. Please bring your own mat. No registration necessary. Classes are on a drop-in basis. There is no fee for the class. QiGong is energy healing and is a highly effective therapeutic type of bodywork utilizing universal (external) and emitted (internal) Qi (the vital energy or the universal essence which flows throughout the human body and all living things).
