Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital FoundationFounded in 1978, the mission of the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation is to provide financial resources to support Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital and all of the facilities in the San Benito Health Care District, including the Skilled Nursing Facilities, the Rural Health Centers, Multi Specialty Center, Orthopedic Center, and the Barragan Family Diabetes Center . Under the leadership of a 21-member Board of Trustees, the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation works to help meet the specific healthcare needs of the people of the San Benito County region.
