This is the time for Medicare beneficiaries to compare plans and make sure they have the right health and prescription drug coverage for 2023. Attend a webinar presented by the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), a program of Senior Network Services, a local nonprofit agency to learn how to compare plans and hear what is new with Medicare in 2023.
